Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

If You wish to place an Order for Goods available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including Your name, email, phone number, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Goods availability
• Errors in the description or prices for Goods
• Errors in Your Order

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or unauthorized or illegal transactions are suspected.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Goods can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Our Returns Policy. Read our Returns Policy to learn more about your cancellation rights.

Your right to cancel applies only to Goods returned in the same condition as received. Goods damaged, altered, or used beyond the opening of the packaging will not be refunded.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day We receive the returned Goods, using the same payment method You used for the Order.

No right to cancel exists for:

• Goods made to Your specifications or personalized
• Goods not suitable for return due to health protection/hygiene reasons once unsealed
• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
• Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with Your consent

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings of Goods. Goods may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information.

Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise prices at any time before accepting an Order. After acceptance, prices may change due to external factors (government changes, taxes, shipping, etc.).

Payments

All Goods require a one-time payment through available payment methods like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal. Payment authorization is required before shipping Orders.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your Feedback to Us

For European Union (EU) Users

European Union consumers are entitled to mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent that You are not located in a country under a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country and are not listed on any U.S. government restricted parties list.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, it shall be modified to achieve the original objectives to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Waiver

The failure to enforce a right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Translation Interpretation

If these Terms have been translated, the original English version shall prevail in case of disputes.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. If material changes occur, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before they take effect.
